One Less Camel

Today seems to be such a sad day for me. Maybe I know why but I'm not quite sure. We currently have this club with my friends which we haven't named yet. But all we know for sure is that we have one thing in common that we all love, BEER. Yes, it's all about beer and our friendship. There are only a few people within this circle and we hope to keep it that way, not that we're not open to newcomers and stuff.

Today marks the departure of one of our camels. And yes, that is Geo. He'll be assigned somewhere for some special project but he'll be back here after 2 months though so we'll be waiting for that. Fortunately, I had the courage to be absent from work last night so we had ample time to spend time with him before he leaves. It was such a nice night because it was the night wherein we, as his friends, already had the courage to ask him the why question between him and Kris. Apparently, without having any second thoughts, Geo shared his side of the story which we all understood. As he was busy relating to us all instances that lead to their breakup, I noticed that it was not that easy for him to tell us everything, detail by detail. And by that, I could tell it was his first time to reveal stuff about their controversial breakup. It was heartbreaking to hear his side of the story knowing that as a guy, he ate his pride and forgot about his ego all for the love of saving the relationship.

Well, Geo might be busy sleeping right now, or perhaps preparing for some partying tonight with a few of our pals who've been assigned there as well. A few friends in the club decided that we give Geo a visit by the end of February so that we'll take a trip around Luzon, preferably in Baguio city.

Now I could say my hopes are down for Kris and Geo to ever get back together and it's uber sad to accept that fact. Right now, I've continued reading all the comments that have been made in Migs' post about my mail. I noticed all the comments and question posted by the readers which I would love to answer.

-Yes, Geo knows I am gay (you can read that in the letter), and yes, he also know I like him.
-No, I don't have any intentions of being girlfriend #2. I'm happy the way we are right now and I don't have any plans of spilling the beans to him. Why? What for? I mean, there's no freakin' way we'd be together. Ever.
-And lastly, there was this one reader who wanted to know more about our story further. Just email me if you want :)

Well, whatta day. I will be waiting 'til Geo comes back for our next night out and camel sessions. Hopefully he'll be happy and safe there. Well as for me, I will try to move on while he's away. Nyahaha! :))
